JOB SUMMARY The videographer and photographer’s position is to capture InnerFight’s values through video and images. The content should capture the consumer’s attention and positively represent the brand while adhering to the InnerFight brand guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Videography & Photography

• Capture behind-the-scenes content, video and stills for promotional materials.
• Capture excellent images in a variety of settings with a variety of media.
• Conduct video and photo shoots of clients and coaches for social media
• Understand the strategy and art direction of the shoot and have a clear vision of how we will execute – including technicalities associated with the Videographer/Photographer’s responsibilities, i.e. making sure we have the correct camera gear and lighting equipment
• Ensure meeting the format requirements for each multimedia
• To ensure each video and image is shot to the project’s brief
  Put forward filming ideas and take control of the direction

Editing

• Edit videos and images after shoots and work with the team to ensure the quality of the product meets InnerFight Standards.
• Produce video content for the InnerFight brands, including but not limited to podcasts, social media, event promotion, coach training and classes.
• Manipulating and editing video content in an invisible way to the audience.
• Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications
• Input music, subtitles, graphics and effects
• Create rough and final cuts using feedback from the Marketing Manager
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies
• Edit raw images and coordinate with any freelance editors as and when required

General

• Maintain a high fitness level and promote a healthy lifestyle per the company’s brand and values.
• Attend company events where advised by management
• Produce all content according to the deadline given by management
• Adhere to performance goals set by management and continuously monitor own performance to improve and develop
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and values.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency with camera equipment
• At least two years of hands-on experience in a videography/photography role
• An understanding of the workings of After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator,
• Auto CAD
• An understanding of graphic design
